Oh my we were busy on Saturday! Our first stop was Santa's Workshop where Santa was taking pictures with the kids! We passed out maps for the elf on the shelf hunt. The game is for families to go into local business's along Main Street and find the elf hidden on the shelf! They have to find the elf on each store listed and have it signed off by an employee. After all of the stores are checked off, the card goes into a drawing for prizes!

Kelseyville High School's Miss Bass Bowl 2012 Maleah joined us for the lighted parade as well. After
all the meeting and greeting, we worked up an appetite! We went to Cheese's Main Street Pizza in Lakeport.

Then
it was time to get ready for the parade. We went into Prisco Clothing
on Main Street to change in the dressing rooms. The owner of the store
showed us the catalogs of gowns that she can special order. We know
where we're going for our state competition wardrobe!
A big thank you
goes out to Jeff Hansen and his wife of the Corvette Club for driving us
in the lighted parade. It was so much fun meeting everyone and climbing
into some beautiful cars!
